I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit quirky with the sink in the bedroom and an odd 'games room' feel, but they did have showers. The decor was not to my taste. The price seemed decent for what you get, but the value for money was questionable.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Scarborough with easy access to North Bay Beach. The rooms are unique, featuring a walk-in shower and a sink in the bedroom instead of the en suite. The service is excellent with attentive housekeeping and a nice welcome drink. Dining is included and offers delicious marmalade. However, the location requires a taxi to Scarborough main seafront, but the conservatory is a nice touch. The facilities are well-equipped.
